Hospital Patient Portal

Hanover Hospital and Hanover Medical Group
physician offices became members of the
UPMC Pinnacle Family last year. As part of
that integration, we transitioned to EPIC, the
electronic medical record system used by
UPMC Pinnacle. The benefit of changing to
EPIC is that every patient will have only one
chart and one patient portal account. If you
have a patient portal account with Hanover
Hospital and a patient portal account with
Hanover Medical Group, you will only need
one account to access your personal health
information beginning 12/1/18.
In order to continue to enjoy the benefits and
features of accessing your medical
information through a Patient Portal, you will
need to establish a new account at

process. If you donít have an activation code,
you can request one at the time of
registration or call 888-782-5678.
After accessing your new MyPinnacleHealth Patient
Portal, should there be any results from prior to
12/1/18 that you are not seeing, you may
log into your old UPMC Pinnacle Hanover portal
(www.HHMyhealthportal.com) to print those results for your records. If you need assistance
